1. Let go of your guilt over letting go of your stuff (purchased, inherited or gifted)
  2. Let go of your pre-conceived notion about what your stuff is worth.  It isn't worth what you paid for it.  It is worth what someone else will pay for it.
  3. Sell your stuff on EBay with a light heart and good spirit.  Never sell anything that you are going to be angry or hold a grudge about.
  4. Keep in mind that the stuff isn't earning you any money now so anything is profit.  It is costing you spiritually and taking up real estate.  And finally, someday you will die and someone is going to go thru all that stuff you clung to and throw it away, give it away or sell it themselves.
